A registered Organisational Psychologist, Vincenzo has coached and advised hundreds of senior leaders and C-suite executives and Board members across all sectors — from mining, construction, and infrastructure, professional services, sales, sporting teams, athletes, and musicians, to healthcare, aged care, and disability services. He also volunteers his time imparting leadership principles to students from early learning through to final year, having a reputation for deep insight, strategic clarity, and grounded leadership guidance, making him a trusted partner for leaders navigating complexity and transformation.
